Offsite Service Rates

Offsite servicing is an alternative, if the return of the equipment isn't as urgent. Instead, the equipment can be shipped to our facility in Calgary for repair, testing and/or refurbishing.

In some cases, we will be able to ship a loaner unit while we complete repairs at our Calgary facility. Please contact us for more information on this option.

To send equipment to our facility, the charges and shipping information are listed below:

Hourly Rate for Bench Repairs : $160/hour
Parts : We will contact you on the cost of any parts required.

Note: Before shipping equipment to our facility, please contact us to make arrangements.  Customer is responsible for proper packaging of equipment to be shipped; please ask our technicians if you are not sure of the best way to package your system.  We are not responsible for damages that occur during shipping, so please ensure your instruments prior to shipping.
