On-site Service

K'(Prime) Technologies has trained service personnel throughout Western Canada to provide On-Site Service for Dionex and Metrohm IC products. We offer both on-demand service (per incident) as well as service contracts on IC systems. Available services include:

• Preventative Maintenance
• Repair
• Instrument Install and Set-up
• Application/Method Development
• Instrument Packaging for moving/shipping

Off-Site Service

Off-site or Bench repair service is an alternative when there is no urgency on the repair or for remote locations. The equipment can be sent to our Calgary facilities for repair, testing and/or refurbishing. We carry an assortment of Dionex modules (pumps, detectors, samplers, etc.), so we can work on entire systems or on single modules.

In some cases, we can supply a loaner unit while repairs are being completed. Please contact us for availability.

Consumable Sales

K'(Prime) Technologies stocks many key consumable items for Dionex and Metrohm IC products. We currently stock piston seals, check valves, rotor seals, valve rebuild kits, syringes, tubing, and fittings. Training

K'(Prime) Technologies routinely offers one day IC Maintenance and Troubleshooting course in our Calgary Office for Ion Chromatography. Check here for upcoming courses. Our one day IC Maintenance and Troubleshooting course includes:

• Overview of Ion Chromatography theory
• Routine maintenance and maintenance scheduling
• Common IC troubleshooting, how to identify and repair
• Hands-on lab session with available equipment

Other training courses can be set-up according to specific needs. Courses can be for a half day, full day or multiple days. It can be for on-site or off-site at our Calgary training facilities. We can provide hardware and software training. Training courses are a great way to improve productivity by educating staff to minimize equipment down times.
