Onsite Support Rates

K'(Prime) Technologies' representatives are able to travel to your lab for equipment repair, installation, or training. Our charges are outlined below:

Hourly Rate : $195/hour (there is a 2 hour minimum per service call)

Charges for travel : A zone travel charge will be applied to all onsite calls. The zone charges are a flat fee, which include all travel expenses. Details on the travel zones are provided below. Eligible city centers include Vancouver BC, Calgary AB, Edmonton AB, Saskatoon SK, Regina SK, Winnipeg MB, and Montreal QC (certain products).

 Zone 1 : $125 per onsite call within 25km range from eligible city centers

 Zone 2 : $200 per onsite call within 80 km range from eligible city centers

 Zone 3 : $380 per onsite call within 160 km range from eligible city centers

 Zone 4 : $500 per onsite call within 240 km range from eligible city centers

 Zone 5 : Call for pricing includes all areas beyond zone 4
