Certification

To be eligible for the Certified Pre-Owned Equipment Program, a late-model Agilent instrument must have at least 12 months before its “End of Support Date”. The instrument must then pass an extensive examination and inspection by K’(Prime) factory-trained technicians. They inspect the equipment for safety, performance, and wear. If something is not right, it is fixed. If it cannot be fixed, the equipment cannot become Certified Pre-Owned Equipment.
In short, we are picky. However when you see everything covered under our Certified Pre-Owned Equipment, you will understand why.

Warranty

The warranty is administered by Agilent Technologies Canada Inc., ensuring that covered repairs are performed by Agilent-trained technicians using only genuine Agilent replacement parts. And, since this is an Agilent-backed program, you won’t have to wait for a third party to decide whether or not your repair is covered. The Agilent call center at 1-800-227-9770 can make the determination and open a service call right on the spot.

Your instrument will be in operation as soon as possible. Installation and familiarization are the integral part of K’(Prime)’s Pre-Owned Equipment Program. The work is performed by an Agilent factory-trained technician, and included in the cost of the instrument.
