Training

Training courses can be set-up according to your specific needs. Courses can be a half-day, full day or multiple days. Our rates for onsite training are provided below:

Half day (4 hours) : $700 plus travel zone charge
Full Day (8 hours) : $1400 plus travel zone charge
Multiple Days (8 hours/day): $1400/day plus travel zone charge

Offsite Training
Offsite training is available by request. We can set-up instrumentation required for training at our Calgary office. At our facility, we can train employees to operate the equipment and perform common repairs/maintenance. Training material will be based on your specific needs.

Onsite Training
K'(Prime) Technologies provides onsite training for instrument operators. Training is available for a wide range of analytical equipment and applications. The training can cover such issues as:

•  How to navigate the software
•  How to calibrate the system and run samples
•  How to set-up and modify methods for the system
•  Understanding the instrument hardware set-up
•  Understanding the maintenance procedures to minimize down time
•  Common problems and troubleshooting techniques

K’(Prime) has a comfortable and modern classroom with presentation equipment and internet access on demand.

K’(Prime) also hosts many Agilent Training classes throughout the year on LC, GC, and GC/MS topics.  Check the Agilent site for more information.

K’(Prime) schedules frequent classes on Ion Chromatography (including theory, software, maintenance and troubleshooting, and training for service representatives); check our class schedule or ask for a specific date for larger groups.
